RecoveryPlan Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 24, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to RecoveryPlan. We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data the app processes, how that data is used, and how you can manage or delete it.

2. Data We Process

RecoveryPlan does not require an account and does not integrate advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking services. To provide its core features, the app processes:

The app does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, location, or health data, and it does not write data to Apple Health.

3. Storage and iCloud

We do not operate developer servers that collect or store this data, and we cannot access the contents of your private iCloud database. iCloud data is processed by Apple under its applicable terms and privacy policy.

4. How Data Is Used

The data described above is used only to:

We do not sell data or use it for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.

5. Notifications and Live Activities

With your permission, RecoveryPlan uses iOS local notifications to play sounds and display alerts when work ends, rest ends, or a repeated reminder is due. The app may also use Live Activities to show the current state and remaining time on the Lock Screen and other supported system surfaces. These features are handled by iOS on the current device and do not rely on our push notification server.

You can disable notifications, sounds, or Live Activities at any time in iOS Settings. If disabled, you may not receive timely reminders.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your usage records with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. If you use iCloud, Apple processes synchronized data as the provider of the iCloud service. Except where required by law, we do not voluntarily disclose your data to other parties.

7. Retention and Deletion

Local data is generally retained until you clear it in the app or uninstall the app. History and long-term settings already synchronized to iCloud may remain after uninstalling and may be restored when you reinstall the app. Turning off iCloud sync does not delete existing cloud data.

You can clear history and synchronized settings from the app's Data & Privacy settings, and you can manage related data using Apple's iCloud management features. Deletion changes may take time to propagate to devices signed in to the same iCloud account.

8. Data Security

On-device data is protected by iOS security mechanisms, while iCloud data is protected by Apple's account, transport, and cloud security mechanisms. No storage method can guarantee absolute security, so please protect your device and Apple Account.

9. Health and Medical Disclaimer

RecoveryPlan provides general work-rest rhythm assistance and review information. It is not a medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health advice. If you have health concerns, consult a qualified medical professional.

10. Children's Privacy

RecoveryPlan is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in features, laws, or services. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

12. Your Choices and Rights

You can manage system permissions, turn iCloud sync on or off, clear app data, manage iCloud data, or contact us with privacy questions. Your specific legal rights may vary by jurisdiction.
